Description

First Presbyterian Church administers the sacrament of baptism to children of believers and adults. The baptism of adults witnesses to the truth that God’s gift of grace calls for fulfillment in a response of faithfulness. The baptism of the children of believers witnesses to the truth that God’s love claims people before they can respond in faith.

Active members of the congregation are responsible for presenting their children for baptism.
